The Mask Body Making Machine is an automated equipment used to produce flat mask bodies with multi-layer materials. It can work with 1 to 4 layers of materials, including PP spunbond non-woven fabric, activated carbon, and melt-blown fabric. The entire machine realizes a fully automated linear operation, covering processes from raw material feeding, nose wire insertion, edge sealing to finished product cutting. Depending on the raw materials used, it can meet different standards such as N95 and FFP2.

The Mask Body Making Machine, as a mask production equipment, features stable performance, high output, low defect rate, and easy operation. When combined with inner ear-loop mask machines, outer ear-loop mask machines, or headband mask machines, it can produce inner ear-loop masks, outer ear-loop masks, and headband masks respectively.

1. Fully Automatic Feeding System

Aluminum alloy frame: Sturdy and aesthetic, ensuring machine cleanliness and product hygiene.

Unique material roll adjustment mechanism: Allows fine adjustment of distance in front, rear, left, and right directions.

Unique tension mechanism: Adjusts the tension of the fabric width to effectively ensure the aesthetics and flatness of finished products.

Independent nose wire conveying mechanism: The length can be adjusted from 90mm to 140mm, facilitating adjustment and maintenance.

2. Folding System

Precision folding device: Easy and quick to adjust; replacing the folding mechanism enables production of mask bodies in different shapes (e.g., positive and negative Ω shapes).

Adopts a 1-outlet welding wheel: Effectively reduces product deformation and better controls product size and shape.

Replacing welding wheels of different diameters and corresponding parts (such as gears) allows production of mask bodies in different sizes.

3. Electrical System

The entire ultrasonic system uses a Taiwan brand, adhering to the 20K international frequency standard for stable output.

The machine is controlled by PLC microcomputer programs.

Buttons are from Siemens (Germany), and relays are from Idec (Japan).

It has stable overall performance, continuously adjustable production speed, and high production efficiency (100-150 pieces per minute).
