The Automatic 3D Mask Folding Machine is a product with fully independent patents owned by Dongguan Tongxin Machinery. This machine enables the one-time completion of the entire process from raw material feeding to finished product production. The elastic fabric and non-woven fabric are each driven by a dual servo system, allowing adjustable automatic punching positions. The elastic fabric is equipped with a fully automatic deviation correction design, which ensures more precise edge alignment when the elastic fabric is compounded with the non-woven fabric.

The entire machine adopts a high-quality ultrasonic system to achieve integrated welding, and the finished products are completed in one go through stamping, melting and cutting. It can achieve a production speed of 18±2 pieces per minute, greatly accelerating the production efficiency. It is the preferred equipment for manufacturing 3D folded masks (folded mesh masks).
