Slitting and rewinding of materials such as PET, protective film, release paper, coated paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric, foam, etc.

II. Features:

Double-shaft center winding.

The winding shaft adopts a magnetic powder clutch to control tension.

The unwinding shaft adopts a magnetic powder brake to control tension.

Circular knives are used for slitting materials.

Double-motor drive (the feeding shaft and winding shaft are controlled by independent motors respectively) with frequency converter for speed regulation; the upper and lower winding shafts can rotate forward and reverse.

The design structure is user-friendly, and maintenance is simple and safe.

The unwinding frame is equipped with a hydraulic loading mechanism, and adopts ultrasonic probes and numerical control servo for automatic deviation correction.

The unwinding shaft is fixed by a pneumatic locking device.

PLC programming control and touch screen operation are adopted; tension can be set to automatic tension control or switched to manual tension interface.

Equipped with a fan for waste blowing.
